Feasibility
Feasibility basically checks two aspects:
-
whether a project can technically, financially, socially, politically, environmentally achieve the objectives
set
-
whether the means, costs and competences are sufficiently available to achieve the objectives set.
Feasibility is checked by:
-
examining if the project Results can actually realise the project Specific Objective (or Purpose)
-
examining if the activities can produce the level of services described in the project Results
-
the implenting agencies can mobilise the required resources, skills, time .. to perform the required
activities
