Relevance
Checking the relevance of a project means checking to what extend the project objectives address
the real
concerns, needs and problems experienced by the benficiaries.
A means to guarantee this relevance is to involve the benficiaries at an early stage in the project
cycle
(preferably in the identification). An indicator of relevance could be checking if the benificiaries'
problems
are really addressed by the overall and specific objectives set.
