Appendix 3- Jazz Layers Index
This page lists all of the layers used in this Designpack. Please
review the list and become familiar with the purpose or function of each
page before attempting any modifications.

These are the menu layers that popup when the user mouses
over a menu button. In other word, these are the Flyout Menu Layers! Each
layer is similarly constructed to assure a consistent design. Each menu layer
can contain a mix of graphics, text and links. You can create new versions of
these layers using our PVII Jazz Objects command.
The Z-Index of the flyout menu layers should always be
higher than the z-index of other layers on the page to assure that they will always
be on top. That is, the z-index numbers should be higher.

These are the layers that pop-up when the user clicks the
plus(+) button on one of the rolldown menus. They will be referred to, throught
the User Guide, as the Rolldown Layers. They provide an effective way to
communicate special areas of interest or exciting topics. You can create new versions
of these layers by using our PVII Jazz Objects command.
The Z-Index number of the rolldown layers should always
be lower than the z-index of the flyout menu layers... so that the Flyouts are
never obscured.
